At the end of 2020, we had to suspend shipping to Northern Ireland because of the new rules (NI stays in the single market, while the rest of the UK has left it) coming in place on the 1st of January 2021. I've spent some time to find out about this and to learn what we have to do from now. I also had to look for an alternative parcel service for parcels to NI, because the rates from DHL had become too high.
/wp:paragraph wp:paragraphLast week we had a test delivery to NI with MyHermes (3 to 5 working days delivery time) and everything worked well. So from today, we can ship to NI again, but unfortunately, we had to raise the shipping charges compared to what we have charged last year.

Considering that our option are limited because of the lockdown in place, this is the best I can do at the moment. I will see what I can do once the restrictions are lifted and we have access again to different drop off points for parcel services in our town.
