Rated in relation to its target audience.
This is clearly aimed at a young audience (it was the 2021 Kinderspiel des Jahres winner) but it is fun and has enough going on to engage adults playing along. On a turn 4 “domino” style tiles are revealed, the player with the start token chooses one of the tiles and adds it to their display touching previous tiles by at least one edge, where one of the 6 possible terrains is laid next to the same terrain on another tile a dragon egg is found, revealed and placed along the touching edge and this can happen multiple times for a tile, then the next player takes one of the remaining tiles etc. Among the eggs of each terrain type there are 7 baby dragons and it is these alone that score points at the end of the game, the other egg tokens for each terrain show broken eggs and score nothing there is also an imbalance in the number of tokens available, for instance there are 14 yellow egg tokens but only 9 red egg tokens so the probability of a dragon is initially better with the red. The game plays in about 15 minutes but I would say is not for an all adult group that said if you have young children this is definitely worth getting.
