Description
The Wingspan Oceania Expansion focuses on birds in Australia and New Zealand. It’s designed by Elizabeth Hargrave and features birds illustrated by Natalia Rojas and Ana Maria Martinez.
In this second expansion to Wingspan, we feature the colorful and awe-inspiring birds of Oceania. The Oceania bird cards are designed to be shuffled into the bird cards from the base game, with or without other expansions.
This expansion includes new player mats and a new food type, allowing players to explore different strategies in this new environment. It also includes new bonus cards and more end-of-round goals, as well as a new color of egg.

Nick Shaw –
A really good expansion to a very fun game. The expansion somewhat “fixes” the egg-spamming issue of the base-game by having updated player boards with tweaked actions. The new nectar food type (which acts effectively as a wild food) makes playing birds somewhat easier but also adds a majority-scoring for spending the most nectar. More round-goals, a new bird card type (“end of game scoring”), more bonus cards and of course more birds! Overall, a super expansion.
