In the last few weeks I had a look at the shipping charges for the online orders. With a bit of wiggling and waggling, I was able to change our shipping rates and make it more affordable for all our customers to place an order.

So there are two big changes: for smaller parcels we are offering - in addition to DHL UK - a slower option with Collect+. And shipping is free from £75. Otherwise shipping is £3.95 (either with Collect+ or DHL UK). Easy to understand and it should offer a good value to all our customers.
