These Terms and Conditions form a contract between Nicholson Online Limited and you, the 'Account Holder', in relation to how Gold Pieces are earned and spent.

Any participation in the Gold Pieces system is considered acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

• We reserve the right to alter or withdraw Gold Pieces at any time without notice.
• Gold Pieces have no monetary value.
• Your Meeples Corner Account may be terminated at any time if we feel that there is misuse of the system.
• Any points spent on an order which is then returned will be reimbursed.
• Any points earned on an order which is then returned will be rescinded.
• Points are awarded or earned on any purchases made at www.meeplescorner.co.uk.
• Account holders will receive points on qualifying purchases calculated at a rate of 30 points per £1.00 spent.
• Meeples Corner reserves the right to vary the rate at which points are earned including special offers and other promotions.
• Products may be excluded from the scheme at our discretion.
• Points are displayed on your Gold Pieces account as soon as payment has been received.
• Gold Pieces can only be used as part payment towards a product online; points can still be earned on the money part value of that order.
• Gold Pieces cannot be used alongside any coupon or discount codes.
• Meeples Corner will notify account holders of any changes online at www.meeplescorner.co.uk.
• You cannot earn points when purchasing a gift card. Points can be earned when redeeming a gift card.
• We reserve the right to add limits to other activities which do not directly involve purchases but still earn points (e.g. points earned through referrals, reviews).
