We no longer charge VAT (sales tax) for orders outside the UK. You may be charged your local sales tax on entry to your country and could be charged duty on products manufactured outside the EU and UK.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 3pm GMT within 1-2 working days. The default shipping method is 'Standard Delivery'. This is a reliable airmail service with no tracking. Transit times for non-UK orders can be very unpredictable. Royal Mail state to aim to deliver these parcels in 3-5 working days but it can take a lot longer.

If you refuse to pay Custom Duties and Tax if required by your country's government, the parcel will be returned to us. Please note, any charges incurred by Meeples Corner for the return of the parcel will be subtracted from the total refund amount.

A War of Whispers is a competitive board game for 2 to 4 players. Five empires battle for dominance, but you play a secret society betting on the war's outcome whilst manipulating results. A War of Whispers features deep strategy, hidden agendas, and shifting loyalties.

You begin with five loyalty tokens, each tied to an empire, randomly assigned values. Your goal: ensure your favoured empires control the most cities when the game ends. Gameplay consists of four phases:

  1. Deploy agents phase: Players deploy agents to empire council positions (Sheriff, Steward, Marshall, Chancellor).
  2. Empire turns phase: Each council position takes action. Players may play acquired cards.
  3. Cleanup phase: Advance the turn marker; discard down to five cards.
  4. Swap phase: Players may swap two unrevealed loyalty tokens, revealing both permanently.

After four rounds, the game ends. The player with the most points from their empire loyalties and controlled cities wins.
