On Sunday, 30th of June, I will hand over the keys to my landlord and the Meeples’ Corner shop will be closed for good in Crediton. But for the online part of Meeples’ Corner I have very good news: a few weeks ago Alex contacted me to inquire about the possibility of buying the Meeples’ Corner website and name to continue running it as on online shop for board games.
On Friday, Alex and me have signed the sales agreement and today I will start transferring the website to him. The transfer should be finished by Monday, 1st of July and depending on how fast Alex can get the necessary stock in, you should be able to place orders on meeplescorner.co.uk again very soon!
Important: no customer details or old orders are part of the transfer. To place a new order, you will have to quickly sign up for a new account.

I’m a long-time board gamer and even longer-time D&D player, so I was very familiar with the Meeples’ Corner name. I saw Christoph’s post online and thought it would be too great of a shame to lose the Meeples’ Corner name from the UK Board Gaming scene. Hopefully, we can do the name justice and continue its great legacy.
Meeples' Corner has always offered a great range of highly-rated games, accessories, and more - not a lot is going to change there. From the vast history of 5-star reviews online it is clear that Meeples’ Corner has always offered excellent customer service and that won’t change either. My professional background is in online retail, with over 15 years of experience. With Meeples’ Corner, I hope to put that experience to good use.
We won’t have a physical shop location right from the get-go. We aspire to open our own shop one day, so watch this space. We’re based in the North-East, unfortunately about as far away as you can get from the South-West where Meeples’ Corner was based.
