We offer two payment options: Debit/credit card and PayPal. All payments will be securely processed by our payment solution provider Stripe or PayPal. No payment details will be saved on our website or on our servers.
All payments will be taken as soon as you complete your order. But if you order includes games that are not available at the moment, you have the option to choose to pay when the order is ready to be shipped and not when the order is placed.
If not all of the items in your order are in stock, we take the payment as soon as all items are in stock, which will delay the processing of your order until everything can be shipped. If you would like to receive available items earlier, please contact us!
Pre-order Price Guarantee
When you order a game that has not been released yet, we will guarantee that you always be the lowest price: if the price decreases between the time you place your order and the release date, you’ll be charged the lowest price.
Next Day Delivery and Shipping Cost
We are using UK Mail/DHL as our parcel service for delivery to your home or work address.
Deliveries with DHL are Next Day. This doesn’t include deliveries at the weekend, only on weekdays.

Delivery Service & Pick-up
From Monday to Friday we will normally dispatch our parcels between 12pm and 1pm. Orders that arrive before 11.30am will be shipped on the same day. Parcels are expertly packed to ensure you receive your games in perfect condition. In the rare event of a package getting lost, don’t worry, all postage is insured against loss.
If you live in Devon you can also pick up your order at our shop in Crediton. After you have placed your order we will contact you, and we can arrange a time for you to come by and get your games.
Damaged or faulty games and 100% 14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you receive a damaged or faulty game, please contact us within 30 days. We will email you a postage label so you can return the game to us. As soon as we have received it, we will send a replacement where possible. Where an exchange is not available, a 100% refund will be provided.
If you are unhappy with your purchase – for whatever reason – please contact us within 14 calendar days. We will email you a postage label so you can return the game(s) to us (unused and in the original condition and packaging). As soon as we have received the return, a full refund will be made.
