Why are we collecting data?
We have to collect some data to be able to sell games to you and post your order ("performance of contract"). We also collect data to keep you up to date about orders you have placed and contact you if there are any issues ("legitimate interest"). And we use data we have collected to manage, analyse and improve our website and our services to you ("legitimate interest").
What are we collecting?
We are collecting basic data like name, address, email address and phone number. While you visit our website we are also collecting technical data like the device or the type of browser you are using to visit our website.
We don't collect payment details: all payments will be securely processed by our payment solution providers Stripe and PayPal. No payment details will be saved on our website or on our servers.
Are we sharing your data?
We are sharing some of your data with four service providers:
Parcelhub is our parcel service and we are sharing your name, address and email address with them. These get used to deliver the parcels and provide you with tracking details for your parcel. The shared data will get deleted by Parcelhub after 90 days.
Reviews.co.uk is collecting feedback/reviews from our customers after a successful delivery. We are sharing your name and email address with Reviews.co.uk. The data will get deleted after 60 days.
Stripe and PayPal are our payment solution providers. They will receive the following data from us during the order process (using a secure SSL connection) to process your payments: cardholder name and address (to verify the payment), email address (for email receipts of the payment) and the order ID (to connect your payment to your order). Payment card details will be collected and stored securely by Stripe/PayPal and never on our servers.
Our website uses two kinds of cookies (small data text file that is placed in your browser):
First party cookies are set by our shop software Opencart and are used for the functionality of the site (e.g. shopping cart, correct display of the website depending on the device/browser you are using).
Third party cookie: We are only setting a cookie from Reviews.co.uk, which allows us to display some of the collected reviews and our customer rating on our homepage.

You can access most of the data that we collect about you by logging in to your account. You also have the right to make a request to access other personal data we hold about you and to request corrections of any errors in that data. You can also close the account you have with us at any time or ask us to delete your personal data.
